Vinification:
Traditional growing and vinification methods. Hand picking. Control of temperatures during fermentation to guarantee strong aromas and a perfect balance in the wine. Filtering is done before bottling to guarantee biologic stability and good preservation.
Tasting Notes:
White wine that is very dry, but also light and fresh. Can be kept up to 3 years.
