Iberico Chorizo

This chorizo is sausage made from the Iberian black pig--the "bellota" part of the name means these pigs are completely acorn-fed, making this chorizo one of the most highly sought-after sausages. "Cular" means these are the large diameter chorizo.

The Iberian black pig creates a darker colour and a strong, complex flavour.
